Notes: After the repair order is ordered, the order data and the fault pattern or fault code must be described in the edf (encory dealer front end). After the data is entered in the edf, the shipping documents can be created and printed out (shipping costs are included in the price of parts). A user guide for processing the repair order (including warranty processing) is included in the encory dealer front end under the "guide/manual" tab. Please note: if a repair order is performed counter to the predefined fault code or without a complete description of the fault pattern, if the repair is not possible or if it is rejected by the parts repair service, then an expense allowance is charged. Part is not on stock, will be produced only on customer order, expect longer delivery time.
